1.1、包价旅游合同：提供交通、住宿、餐饮、游览、导游或者领导等两项以上旅游服务，旅游者以总价支付旅游费用的合同；
1.2、组团社：与旅游者订立包价合同的旅行社；
1.3、地接社：接受组团社委托，在目的地接待游客的旅行社。
