财富管理 业务拓展经理

岗位职责

1. 市场拓展与销售执行

通过合规的市场营销,提升集团的市场认知度。

独立开展市场调研,制定客户拜访计划并进行高质量会谈。

向客户提供关于资产配置、移民规划、全球投资等解决方案的专业建议。

对潜在客户进行资格审核与初步尽职调查,规避潜在运营风险。

推动潜在销售机会转化,达成既定销售业绩目标。

2. 客户管理与关系维护

建立和维护高净值客户与渠道网络,推动长期合作关系。

制定并执行客户拓展策略与行动计划,持续拓宽客户基础。

持续更新客户档案,记录沟通内容与后续跟进计划。

参与行业峰会、论坛及高端客户活动,作为公司品牌代表。

3.团队协作与合规保障

与投资、法务、运营等团队紧密配合,确保销售流程合规、高效。

遵守公司各项政策及相关法规,落实风控要求,营造正向合规文化。

关注行业动态与客户需求变化,提出市场反馈与产品优化建议。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历,本科及以上学历,金融、经济、市场营销或相关专业优先。

2. 三年以上面向客户的销售经验,具备投资、保险、私人银行、家族办公室、房地产背景者优先。

3. 有服务高净值客户经验,熟悉其财务规划、资产配置及跨境需求者优先。

4. 熟悉基金销售流程及合规要求,曾销售私募基金者加分。

5. 熟练使用 CRM 系统及办公软件,具备良好的市场研究与客户分析能力。

6. 优秀的人际沟通能力与商务谈判技巧,兼具亲和力与专业度。

7. 自我驱动力强,主动的学习能力和思维分析能力,抗压能力强,良好的团队合作精神,踏实认真,有较强的责任心。

8. 中英文流利(普通话和英语),具备多语言能力或区域经验者优先。

Wealth Planning Relationship Manager

Job Description

1. Market Expansion and Sales Execution

To enhance market awareness of the group through compliant marketing activities.

Conduct independent market research, develop client visit plans, and conducthigh-quality meetings.

Provide professional advice to clients on asset allocation, immigration planning, global investment, and other solutions.

Conduct qualification reviews and preliminary due diligence on potential clientsto mitigate potential operational risks.

Drive the conversion of potential sales opportunities to achieve establishedsales performance targets.

2. Client Management and Relationship Maintenance

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and channelnetworks to foster long-term partnerships.

Develop and execute customer expansion strategies and action plans tocontinuously expand the customer base.

Continuously update customer profiles, document communication content, andrecord follow-up plans.

Participate in industry summits, forums, and high-end client events as acompany brand.

3. Team Collaboration and Compliance Assurance

Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensuresales processes are compliant and efficient.

Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations, implement risk controlrequirements, and foster a positive compliance culture.

Monitor industry trends and changes in client needs, and provide marketfeedback and product improvement suggestions.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

2. Over three years of customer-facing sales experience; candidates withbackgrounds in investment, insurance, private banking, family offices, or real estateare preferred.

3. Experience in serving high-net-worth clients, with familiarity with their financialplanning, asset allocation, and cross-border needs preferred.

4. Familiar with fund sales processes and compliance requirements;prior experiencein selling private equity funds is a plus.

5. Proficient in CRM systems and office software, with strong market research andcustomer analysis capabilities.

6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and business negotiation abilities, combining approachability with professionalism.

7. Self-motivated, proactive learner with strong analytical thinking skills, able tohandle pressure, excellent teamwork spirit, diligent, and highly responsible.

8.Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English; candidates with multilingual skillsor regional experience are preferred.
