The "digital divide" has not bridged the existing class divide but, in fact, have given rise to a new "digital divide." How to bridge this divide, such as the urban-rural digital divide, the divide between developing and developed countries, the digital divide for the elderly, and the gender digital divide, has become a critical issue for all of humanity. Only by increasing investment in digital infrastructure, improving the quality and standards of facilities, and accelerating the enhancement of digital literacy and skills can we truly bridge the digital divide at every level. This will enable different countries and groups to share in the digital future and collectively enjoy the benefits that technology brings to our lives.
