To align with the city company’s three-year enhancement plan and the call for unified digital operations at both municipal and county levels, the Tongbai branch adheres to the principle of “centralised management with localised coordination” to optimise its digital management duties by clearly defining staffing and role allocation, standardising business processes, and focusing on key areas such as network security, project management, and data governance. These actions support the city company’s goal of establishing a “resource-efficient, highly operational, and well-supported” work model across all levels.
