中国工艺美术馆（中国非物质文化遗产馆）副馆长苏丹：“我觉得非遗保护这样的一种事情，它需要多方面人才的合作，不同的视野会看到非遗具有不同的潜能。因为过去我们有的东西只是把非遗当作一种文化现象来看，那有可能它有经济价值，有生产的潜质会带动就业，最后反过来也会影响社会和谐。今天我们关注的很多是关于非遗的形式创新，就是科技对非遗的赋能，今天科技的这种发展对于我们非遗保护，非遗保护的保护、传承、发展具有的重要性。当然还有传播，比如今天的短视频，你看看短视频里边的这种占比，有相当一部分是关于传统文化，然后把一个非遗项目变得绚烂多姿在网上让更多的人关注。其实这种传播也是从侧面上去建立一个良好的文化生态，让大家更多的关注它。”
Su Dan, Vice Director of China National Arts and Crafts Museum (China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum):In my opinion, ICH protection requires concerted efforts across multiple areas. Different perspectives will reveal different potentials of ICH. In the past, some only regarded it (ICH) as a cultural phenomenon. It (ICH) may have economic valueand production potential, and such protection potential could, in turn, drive employment and ultimately foster social harmony.Today, we pay greater attention to innovation in the form of ICH, that is, empower ICH with new technologies. We must be aware of the significance of today's technological progress for ICH protection, inheritance and development.Of course, the dissemination of (ICH) is also crucial. For instance, in short videos today, content related to traditional culture occupies a considerable proportion. They introduce all kinds of things, weaving a colorful tapestry of ICH, and drawing widespread attention on the internet. In fact, such ICH dissemination also helps foster a healthy cultural ecosystem, encouraging more people to care for it (ICH).
2021年7月16日，习近平总书记在致第44届世界遗产大会的贺信中指出：“世界文化和自然遗产是人类文明发展和自然演进的重要成果，也是促进不同文明交流互鉴的重要载体。保护好、传承好、利用好这些宝贵财富，是我们的共同责任，是人类文明赓续和世界可持续发展的必然要求。”

中国工艺美术馆（中国非物质文化遗产馆）副馆长苏丹：“中国的非遗从加入《保护非物质文化遗产公约》到现在已经 21年了，这么长时间以来其实做了大量的工作。中国举国在推动文化的保护，所以成绩斐然。有很多的重要举措比如说‘研培计划’，到现在为止这个项目介入的院校149所。十年时间，受益的非遗传承人51000多人，这个是多了不起的一件事情。当然还有‘非遗工坊’计划，‘非遗工坊’计划就是国家认定了很多散落在民间的非遗工坊，这样对于当地是一种巨大的激励作用，还有非遗传承人制度，所以这就是中国非遗保护里边的中国经验，这个是在全世界，我个人认为是独一无二的。”
Su Dan, Vice Director of China National Arts and Crafts Museum (China Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum): It has been 21 years since China joined the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. For a long time, China had made great efforts to promote cultural preservation nationwide, yielding remarkable achievements.Many important initiatives have been launched. For example, the Chinese ICH Inheritors Training Program has so far entered 149 schools. Over the past decade, it has benefited more than 5,1000 (ICH) inheritors. What a remarkable feat! Of course, there is also the “ICH Workshop” program, which has helped numerous ICH workshops scattered around the country gain national recognition. This is a huge incentive to local ICH inheritors. Besides, China has developed an (ICH) inheritors system. Chinese experiences in ICH protection, I think, are unparalleled worldwide.
中国通过构建完善的保护体系，激发非遗在新时代下的生命力，让传统技艺与文化内涵在当代生活中得以延续；与此同时，在积极参与全球非遗保护的国际合作的过程中，也在持续为世界贡献着中国智慧与中国方案。
By establishing a sound protection system, China has invigorated the vitality of ICH in the new era, ensuring that traditional craftsmanship and cultural essence are perpetuated in contemporary life.
