This document is a reference for all suppliers to A. To clearly communicate our working

procedures throughout development and production, our expectations and the required

quality standard we are aiming for.

Our supplier manual has been complied to standardise a high level of quality in our products

and should remove any potential areas of uncertainty between suppliers and ourselves. We

recognise that this can only be achieved by working closely together with all our suppliers

and we hope to also develop our supplier’s success simultaneously.

The manual sets out current procedures and specifications and we expect them to be

followed. Our objective is to ensure success, by concentrating our efforts on progression in

quality performance. On-going amendments will be required as improvements are made,

and we welcome contributions from our suppliers in making these improvements.
