基础医学、临床医学、口腔医学、公共卫生与预防医学、药学、护理学、生物学以及其他医学相关交叉学科领域。
青年拔尖人才
年龄在45周岁以下，具有海内外知名大学博士学位，在本学科有较深的学术造诣和突出业绩的中青年学者。
青年骨干人才
年龄在40周岁以下，能够把握本学科的发展前沿并已取得一定的学术成就，具有申请和主持国际合作或国家级科研项目的能力。
青年拔尖人才
学校待遇：提供具有竞争力的年薪、科研启动经费、安家费以及一套舒适人才房，协调属地安排配偶工作或子女入学事宜。
辽宁省待遇：对于全球排名前200高校获得博士学位，全职从事博士后研究并来辽工作人员（在海外从事博士后研究的需具有2年及以上经历），给予一定奖励。（详见官方信息）
沈阳市待遇：可申请沈阳市C类人才，可申报沈阳市高精尖优才奖励，获批后可享受：一定金额的奖励和首套房购房的购房补贴；满足相关条件要求，可享受税收补贴；发放“盛京人才卡”，提供交通出行、文化旅游、娱乐消费等便利服务；每年一次免费体检服务。（详见官方信息）
青年骨干人才
学校待遇：海内外青年骨干人才按照来校后聘任职位提供相应待遇；提供具有竞争力的科研配套经费，住房津贴及安家费。
辽宁省相关待遇同青年拔尖人才。
沈阳市待遇：可申请沈阳市生活补贴博士生；可申请沈阳市首套房购房补贴。可申请认定沈阳市D类人才，获批后发放“盛京人才卡”，提供交通出行、文化旅游、娱乐消费等便利服务，享受公积金贷款限额提升至最高限额的1.5倍。

其他信息：具体报到时间另行通知。论坛期间，学校将为参会青年学者统一安排食宿，以及机场、火车站接送服务，海外人才差旅最高报销5000元（人民币），国内人才最高报销2000元（人民币），限飞机经济舱、高铁二等座、火车硬卧或以下席位。其余费用由人才自理。

The “Gathering wisdom at CMU, Sharing a bright future” is a grand academic symposium hosted by China Medical University. It serves as a platform for high-level exchanges among outstanding young scholars from home and abroad.
This event, themed “Inspired in CMU, Embraced a bright future”, focuses on the national strategic needs for people’s life and health, as well as major issues at the forefront of scientific research. The forum is centered around three core tasks: breakthroughs in scientific research, deepening and expanding international collaboration, and supporting the growth of young scholars. Through a series of activities including keynote speeches, academic seminars, and talent interviews, the forum gathers outstanding young scientists to engage in discussions and debates, to discover major issues in cutting-edge research, and to promote academic exchange and cooperation for joint development and a shared future.

application requirements
1.Young Top-notch Talents:
Candidates should be under 45 years old, hold a doctoral degree from a renowned overseas or domestic university, and have profound academic achievements and notable accomplishments in their respective fields.
2.Young Backbone Talents:
Candidates should be under 40 years old, capable of grasping the forefront of academic development, have achieved certain academic accomplishments, and possess the ability to apply for and host international collaboration projects or national scientific research projects.

Shenyang City Benefits: Candidates may apply for the status of Category C talents and the Shengyang Excellence Award for talents in advanced and precision industries. Registration: The registration time will be announced later. During the forum, the university will provide accommodation, meals, and shuttle services for participants. Reimbursement for travel expenses for overseas participants is up to RMB5,000, and for domestic participants up to RMB2,000. Reimbursement is limited to economy class flights, second-class high-speed rail seats, hard sleeper train seats or lower, and other expenses are self-funded.

The email should include a detailed CV, original copies of representative papers, and a brief statement of future academic plans within 1,000 words. Those who cannot attend on-site may participate online, and the organizer will send virtual participation invitations based on the registration information.
