去年11月1日起，我国铁路客运开始推广使用全面数字化的电子发票，旅客若要报销，不再需要到火车站、车票代售点、自助机上打印铁路车票，也就是纸质报销凭证，直接在线上就能开具电子发票。

不过，为了方便旅客和单位，铁路客运在全面数字化电子发票推行使用期间设置了过渡期，过渡期截至2025年9月30日。过渡期内“纸电并行”，旅客仍可使用纸质报销凭证报销。

据封面新闻消息，8月31日，记者向铁路12306确认，9月30日之后旅客就没有办法再领取纸质报销凭证。“目前纸质报销凭证只开具到9月30日，之后车站就不提供了，都是电子的了，之后怎么规定还没有收到新的通知。”铁路12306客服人员说。

When contacted on Sunday, 12306 China Railway confirmed that passengers will no longer be able to obtain paper reimbursement vouchers after Sept 30. A customer service representative stated, "Paper reimbursement vouchers are only issued until Sept 30. After that, stations will no longer provide them. Everything will switch to electronic format, and we have not received any further notifications regarding changes after that date."

记者了解到，我国火车票“无纸化”进程从2018年就开始了。2018年11月，海南环岛高铁率先试点铁路电子客票；次年7月，电子客票试点范围扩大，成渝高铁沿线13个车站被纳入其中；2020年6月，电子客票在全国普速铁路推广实施，乘客可持有效身份证件“一证通行”。也是从那时起，旅客在纸质火车票上会看到“仅供报销使用”几个字，纸质火车票不再是乘车凭证。

The trial expanded in July the following year to include 13 stations along the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway.
