In recent years, Henan has focused on market-driven procurement, offering tailored services to overcome challenges in grain purchasing and sales. By ensuring that every grain is accounted for and transformed into tangible income for farmers, Henan is steadily making China's national grain reserves more stable and sufficient.

河南作为全国小麦主产区，扎实开展夏粮收购工作，不仅关乎千万农民群众的钱袋子，也关系到粮食市场稳定和种粮积极性。近年来，河南坚持向市场要粮，以精细化服务破解购销难题，将“颗粒归仓”的朴素愿望转化为农民“丰收到手”的获得感，让“大国粮仓”的根基日益稳固。

This includes strengthening communication with meteorological and transportation agencies to ensure smooth and orderly procurement processes; providing technical guidance on grain drying and storage to help farmers minimize post-harvest losses; and enhancing the connection between production and sales, as well as fostering stronger ties between farmers and enterprises to improve circulation efficiency for high-quality development of the grain industry.
