On September 26th, the 16th China (Guangzhou) International Performing Arts Fair and the Third Investment and Trade Fair of the Silk Road International League of Theatres opened in Guangzhou. As part of the 5th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival, the event has attracted over 100 organizations from more than 20 countries and regions, presenting nearly 400 productions.

At the opening ceremony, several cultural institutions reached cooperation agreements. Guangzhou and relevant Shanghai-based groups signed deals for dance drama projects including "Huang Feihong". Guangzhou Opera House and Tencent Cloud launched the development of a "Ticket+" intelligent system. CPAA Tech Service (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd and Tencent Cloud joined forces to build a "one-stop ticket and non-ticket purchase" system to promote digital transformation of the performing arts industry. Guangzhou Performance and Film Co., Ltd. also teamed up with ten institutions from the Maritime Silk Road regions to propose co-building an international performing arts community. The organizers awarded plaques to eight new members.

Linda Ali Fatoni, Director of the Indonesia Theater and Performance Association, remarked that she looks forward to more co-productions and artist exchanges, and to creating cross-cultural works.
Flash mob performance at the Fair
This edition of the fair features an innovative format, including a flash mob performance. The Guangdong Music & Folk Art Troupe performed pieces such as "Rising Higher Step by Step", the Guangzhou Song and Dance Theatre sang the theme song, while the Guangdong Province Puppet Art Theatre and Guangzhou Cantonese Opera Theatre showcased traditional techniques, accompanied by a performance on the Blüthner piano, creating an immersive experience.
Also scheduled during the Fair are the "Vision Forum", the Performing Arts Project Investment Fair, a Seminar on Stage Technologies, an international resource matching session for key projects in the Greater Bay Area, and the announcement of the 2025 Golden Producer in Performing Arts Awards.

9月26日，第16届中国（广州）国际演艺交易会暨第3届丝绸之路国际剧院联盟演艺投洽会在广州开幕，属第五届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节板块，吸引20多个国家和地区的100多家机构、近400台剧目参与。
开幕式上，多家文化机构达成多项合作：广州与上海相关集团签约舞剧《黄飞鸿》等项目；广州大剧院与腾讯云启动“票+”数智系统开发；中演科技与腾讯云联手打造“票+非票一站式购买”系统，推动行业数字化升级。广州市演出电影有限公司还联合10家海丝地区机构倡议共建国际演艺共同体，主办方为联盟8家新成员授牌。
印尼戏剧与表演协会会长琳达·阿里·法托尼表示，期待更多联合制作与艺术家互访，创作出跨文化作品。
本届演交会创新形式，设演艺快闪环节：广东音乐曲艺团演绎《步步高》等曲目，广州歌舞剧院献唱主题曲，广东木偶剧院、广州粤剧院展传统技艺，还有博兰斯勒钢琴演奏，营造沉浸式体验。
本届演交会还将举办畅想会、演艺项目投洽会、舞台高科技研讨会、大湾区重点项目国际资源对接会以及公布2025年度演艺风云榜金牌演艺制作人等多项活动。
