The research object of this paper is trust-based multi-attribute group decision-making. Its meaning is to introduce a trust network among experts, utilize trust transfer and trust weighting mechanisms, improve the interactive consensus process (i.e., the way experts reach a consensus) in a decision-making environment with multiple experts, multiple attributes, and multiple candidate solutions, and thus obtain a more reasonable, fair, and effective group decision-making result.

1.群体共识(Group consensus)
群体共识指在群体决策过程中,不同专家意见之间达到的一种一致性状态。群体共识是保证决策结果科学性、稳定性和可接受性的必要条件。
Group consensus refers to the consistency achieved among different expert opinions during group decision-making. Group consensus is a necessary condition for ensuring the scientificity, stability, and acceptability of decision-making results.
2.信任传递(Trust transfer)
在群体决策中,专家之间可能存在直接或间接的信任关系。通过信任传递方法,可以推算专家之间缺失的信任度,从而构建更完整的信任网络。
In group decision-making, there may be direct or indirect trust relationships between experts. Through the trust transfer method, we can infer the missing trust between experts and thus build a more complete trust network.
3.信任网络(Trust network)
信任网络表示专家之间的信任关系结构,是一种基于社会网络分析(SNA)的建模方法。在群体决策中,信任网络能够指导哪些专家的意见更有影响力。
Trust networks represent the trust relationships between experts and are a modeling method based on social network analysis (SNA). In group decision-making, trust networks can guide which experts' opinions are more influential.
4.交互共识方法(Interactive consensus method)
传统方法要求专家平均接受他人意见,但不合理。本文提出基于信任的交互共识机制,即专家在接受推荐意见时,会根据对他人的信任程度来调整。
Traditional methods require experts to accept the average of others' opinions, which is unreasonable. This paper proposes a trust-based interactive consensus mechanism, that is, when experts accept recommendations, they adjust their level of trust in others.
5.冷链物流(Cold chain logistics)
冷链物流是指在食品、药品、化工产品等对温度敏感的物资运输和储存过程中,始终保持规定的低温环境,保证产品质量和安全的物流系统。它包含运输、储存、装卸、包装、配送、信息管理等环节,整个过程必须处于特定的温度控制之下。
Cold chain logistics refers to a logistics system that maintains a prescribed low temperature environment during the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive materials such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals to ensure product quality and safety. It encompasses transportation, storage, loading and unloading, packaging, distribution, and information management, all of which must be maintained under specific temperature control.
6.多属性群决策(Multi-attribute group decision making)
多属性群决策指在多个决策专家参与下,对多个候选方案从多个属性/指标进行评价和选择的过程。常用于复杂管理决策(如平台选择、供应商选择、政策评估)。
Multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) involves multiple decision experts evaluating and selecting multiple candidate solutions based on multiple attributes or indicators. It is often used in complex management decisions (e.g., platform selection, supplier selection, and policy evaluation).

社会网络分析(SNA)是一种分析方法,用来研究个体(节点)之间的关系(边)及其在整体网络结构中的作用。节点可以是人、组织、企业、专家。边代表节点之间的关系,例如信任、合作、交流。网络是由节点和边构成的整体结构。在基于信任的多属性群体决策问题中,SNA被用来建模专家之间的信任关系,并通过网络结构特征(如中心性、密度)来优化专家权重、促进群体共识,最终使决策更科学合理。
Social network analysis (SNA) is an analytical method used to study the relationships (edges) between individuals (nodes) and their role in the overall network structure. Nodes can be people, organizations, businesses, or experts. Edges represent relationships between nodes, such as trust, collaboration, and communication. A network is a holistic structure composed of nodes and edges. In trust-based multi-attribute group decision-making problems, SNA is used to model trust relationships between experts. It uses network structural characteristics (such as centrality and density) to optimize expert weights, promote group consensus, and ultimately make decisions more scientific and reasonable.
