Good morning, everyone! I’m glad to stand here to give you guys a short speech about my views of building a civilized online community.

With the rapid development of times, the network has gradually become an indispensable part of people's life, and even become the only way working for many people. In such a general trend, it is important to build a civilized online community, but what can we do to make it?

First of all, we should be more inclusive. With more and more people using the network, there will be more and more different views on the same thing. Different views often lead to a quarrel if they can’t reach a agreement. We should be able to look upon the common arguments happen in life with a tolerant attitude, for we live in different environments, and our views on things will naturally be different.

Secondly, we should abide by the laws and regulations. Our laws have strict restrictions on network offences, but criminals can still use network loopholes to sell users' personal information and cheat users for money, which is a great damage to the safety. We should resist such acts and make contributions to the harmony of the online community.

Building a civilized online community is not a once and for all thing, but requires each of us to make efforts whenever using the network. I believe that it will be easy to build a civilized online community as long as everyone is tolerant, polite and law-abiding.
