Maybe it's skipping the hand-wash for socks and underwear, hitting snooze for just five more blissful minutes, or letting the empty noodle bowl dry out instead of scrubbing it straight away. Surprisingly, research suggests that some of these everyday "lazy" habits might actually come with hidden health benefits.

洗衣服主要是为了去污和消毒,能不能洗干净的关键因素包括高温、强力揉搓和有效的洗涤剂。洗衣机在清洗衣物时,不仅能做到搅拌、摔打和反复揉搓,而且配合有效的洗涤剂,完全可以清洗干净。
德国某大学的一项研究显示,在20.5°C 的水中,只要清洗15分钟,就能消灭99%以上的微生物,而手洗反而可能增加衣物间的交叉感染。
The purpose of laundry is twofold: removing stains and disinfecting fabrics. The effectiveness of the process depends on several factors, including water temperature, mechanical agitation, and the quality of the detergent. A washing machine doesn't simply stir clothes around — it scrubs, tumbles, and works in tandem with detergent to ensure a thorough clean.
Research from a German university shows that even a 15-minute wash at 20.5 C can remove more than 99 percent of microorganisms. Hand-washing, on the other hand, may actually raise the risk of cross-contamination between clothes.
但如果有脚气或其他传染性皮肤病,或是使用公共洗衣机,就不要把衣物一股脑扔进洗衣机了,而且要记得及时清洗洗衣机哦。
那么,除此之外还有哪些行为看似很懒其实很健康?
1. 闹钟响了再睡会
闹钟响了不立刻起床,看似是在“赖床”,其实是你的身体在慢慢苏醒哦!
科学研究发现,和立即起床的人相比,闹钟响后再赖会床(小睡30分钟)能显著改善认知能力,包括算数速度、情景记忆能力都更好了。
Sleeping in might seems lazy, but it's actually your body easing into wakefulness. Research shows that compared with people who rise immediately, those who linger for about 30 minutes score noticeably better on cognitive tasks — ranging from quicker calculations to sharper episodic memory.
就是记得要定闹钟,千万别不小心睡过头啊!
2. 懒得擦洗泡面碗
洗完泡面碗后用毛巾擦干,这样更安全卫生?
反复使用的毛巾不一定干净,会逐渐变成细菌聚集地,导致碗、碟等厨具在洗净后再次被污染。而且,擦拭过程中被浸湿的毛巾很难把碗碟上的水分完全清除干净,这样摞起来放在柜子里也会加快微生物的繁殖。
可以适当偷个懒。确保冲洗干净之后,将其放在沥水篮中,自然控干。等到完全没有水分,再放进柜子里。
Towels that are used repeatedly aren't necessarily clean — they can become breeding grounds for bacteria, which may re-contaminate dishes, bowls, and other kitchenware even after washing. Wet towels also struggle to remove all moisture, and stacking damp dishes in the cupboard can accelerate microbial growth.
A simple workaround is to rinse dishes thoroughly and let them air-dry in a draining rack. Only put them away once they are completely dry.
3. 上厕所中途不冲水
很多人在上厕所时受不了难闻的气味,会选择中途冲水。这样一来,气味是少了,细菌却被铺得很均匀。
在冲水时,马桶内的空气里会迅速充斥一种名为“气溶胶羽流”的微小液滴,研究表明,比起关上马桶盖冲水,开盖冲水后,厕所中被检测到的细菌浓度要多出10倍。也就是说,如果你在上厕所中途冲水,臀部以及腿部就会充当马桶盖的作用,那些细菌会直接溅在你的皮肤上。
Many people can't tolerate unpleasant toilet odors and flush midway. While this may reduce the smell, it actually spreads bacteria more widely.
When a toilet is flushed, tiny droplets called "aerosol plumes" are released into the air. Research shows that flushing with the lid open produces ten times more detectable bacteria in the bathroom than flushing with the lid closed. In other words, flushing midway while seated effectively makes your body the "lid," allowing bacteria to land directly on your skin.
如果粪便的味道过于恶臭,也许这是在提示你,胃肠道出现了某些问题。长期观察过后,若发现粪便颜色、形状也发生了改变,最好去医院进行正规检查,排查问题。
4. 用毛巾擦干皮肤
有很多人认为洗脸后皮肤自行风干可以起到“保湿”作用,其实不然。
正确的洗脸方法是:用双手在脸上温柔地按摩。首先用清水润湿面部,再取少量洗面奶于掌心揉搓,洗面奶起泡后在脸部画圈,尽量避开眼部周围,并重点按摩T区,最后用水清洗干净。
洗完脸后,一定要用毛巾擦干皮肤,风干会使皮肤变得更为干燥。用毛巾擦拭时不要用力过度,长时间用力擦拭容易使皮肤变得松弛。
Many people think air-drying after washing keeps skin moist, but it can actually do the opposite. The best way to wash your face is to massage it gently with your hands. Start by wetting your face, create foam with a small amount of cleanser, and massage it in circular motions — avoiding the eyes and focusing on the T-zone. Rinse thoroughly, then pat your skin dry.
After washing, gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Air-drying can actually leave your skin drier, and rubbing too hard or over time can lead to looseness and sagging.
