01|Disney's $60 billion investment will include hot new IP attractions

02|LVMH reorganizes its two biggest Paris department stores

The LVMH Group has announced a restructuring of the management structure of two major department stores in Paris, Le Bon Marché and La Samaritaine, separating La Samaritaine from the DFS system and integrating it into the same operating system as Le Bon Marché.

Jean-Jacques Guiony, LVMH's CFO at the time, said in an earnings call in January that the weakness of the market, which mainly caters to Chinese tourist groups, had a significant impact on La Samaritaine’s operations, so the group decided to divest it from the DFS system and adjust it to a broader market positioning.

04|Georgia's first Outlets to open for soft opening

After several delays since 2022, the Tbilisi Outlet Village in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, has finally been set to open on 29 May 2025.

The project is being implemented by the Georgian Outlets & Resorts Group in cooperation with TORG, with a total investment of $100 million, of which more than 40 million laris have been invested so far. PhaseⅠhas a total lettable area of 12,500 square meters, including 70 stores, and the shopping village will expand to 20,000 square meters of lettable area in the next three years, eventually accommodating 110 stores.
