This ensures a fast and well-coordinated approach to handling customer applications. Customers are also provided with real-time updates on their application progress, ensuring transparency and timely processing throughout the service cycle. To better support enterprises resuming work and production, the company tailors optimal power supply plans based on factors such as electricity consumption patterns, requested capacity, and historical power usage. For high-voltage customers in the region, the company offers energy efficiency services, providing detailed data insights on load fluctuations, peak and valley electricity consumption, and transformer losses.
