每个城市都有属于自己的独特味道。在兰州，磨沟沿老字号牛肉拉面无疑是一张闪亮的城市名片。来自各地的食客络绎不绝，面团在拉面师傅手中不断翻飞变化，二细、三细、大宽在滚水里滚上几滚，就被捞进碗里，调上现熬制的牛肉汤、牛肉、蒜苗、辣子，成为食客的碗中餐。

As a time-honored beef noodle restaurant in Lanzhou, Mogouyan is undoubtedly a cultural calling card of this city. There are always steady flows of diners from all over the country. Being flipped and kneaded in the hand of the chef, the dough is pulled into thicker, thick, and super wide noodles. After a few tumbling in the boiling water , noodles are finished into the bowl mixed with freshly boiled beef soup, beef, garlic sprouts, chili oil. They are ready to be served .
