and grind them into mint liquid.
好的薄荷选取天然井水
Use water from a well
白砂糖放在铝锅中加入少许生醋
to mix sugar with vinegar in an aluminum pot,
以小火煎熬至较稠厚时加入薄荷原液
simmer over low heat, and add mint liquid when it is thicker.
再继续煎熬至用铲挑起即成丝状
Continue to stew until it becomes silky when picked up with a slice.
出锅 一口气把它拉好

剪的时候一定要快 要均匀
