The 12-year-old was at the centre of a heated discussion about her appearance after sporting fake face tattoos, a nose piercing, blue contact lenses and grillz(removable metal dental jewellery) while attending a OsamaSon concert with friends.

Social media quickly lit up with users expressing concern about the appropriateness of the styling choices for someone so young.

Kim has asked people to be more sympathetic. “l just think anyone that's raising kids especially four kids, l'm doing the best that l can and my babies are good babies," she said.
