我们的客户是一家专注于消化内镜微创耗材研发、生产与销售的高新技术企业,致力于为全球医疗机构提供高质量的创新医疗产品。现面向美国市场招聘驻美销售经理,负责医疗器械产品的销售拓展与经销商管理。
岗位职责:
• 负责公司产品在美国市场的销售与推广,完成年度销售目标。
• 开发并维护海外经销商,协助其进行产品销售与市场拓展。
• 根据业务需要,定期出差拜访经销商及合作伙伴,推动项目签约与订单落地。
• 参与合同洽谈、资料翻译与更新,以及货物进出口的协调管理。
• 收集市场信息与竞争动态,为公司提供决策支持与业务建议。
任职要求:
• 大专及以上学历,生化、医药、市场营销等相关专业优先。
• 3年以上外贸或医疗器械销售经验,熟悉海外销售与出口流程。
• 英语听说流利,具备优秀的沟通与组织协调能力。
• 拥有海外医疗渠道资源或内镜行业经验者优先考虑。
• 能适应出差,驻地可在纽约。

Our client is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of minimally invasive endoscopic consumables. The company provides innovative medical products for hospitals and healthcare institutions worldwide. It is now hiring a Sales Manager based in New York to lead overseas business development and distributor management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual sales targets through active business development in the U.S. market.
• Manage and support overseas distributors in promoting and selling medical devices.
• Visit distributors and partners to expand cooperation and close new business deals.
• Handle contract negotiations, document translation, and export coordination.
• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to headquarters for decision-making.
Job Requirements:
• Associate degree or above in Biochemistry, Medicine, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of foreign trade or medical device sales experience; familiarity with export processes.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in endoscopy or partnerships with medical distributors is a plus.
• Able to travel frequently; based in New York.
