岗位职责：
• 负责美国市场的销售策略制定与执行，确保年度业务目标达成。
• 管理并优化区域经销商体系，提升销售能力与渠道覆盖率。
• 策划并执行市场推广与品牌宣传活动，扩大产品影响力。
• 跟踪行业动态与竞争格局，为总部提供市场分析与决策支持。
• 配合公司总部完成样机管理、回款跟进及售后协调工作。
任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、机械类或国际贸易等相关专业优先。
• 3年以上工程机械或工业设备销售经验，熟悉海外市场运作。
• 英语熟练，具备良好的商务谈判与跨文化沟通能力。
• 性格外向、目标导向强，能够独立推动项目并适应长期出差。
• 持美国签证或绿卡者优先考虑。

Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of construction machinery and industrial vehicles, offering a wide range of products including forklifts and heavy equipment. The company is expanding its business in North America and is now hiring a Sales Manager to lead regional development and sales operations in the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute U.S. market sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
• Manage and enhance distributor networks, improving sales capacity and market coverage.
• Plan and implement marketing and brand promotion initiatives to boost visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.
• Coordinate demo management, payment collection, and after-sales activities with regional partners.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Proficient in English with strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to frequent international travel.
• Candidates holding a valid U.S. visa or green card will be preferred.
