本章研究借助VOSviewer 和Bibliometrix 等知识图谱软件,以2010 年 ~ 2019 年发表在 46 份国际权威期刊上的12 920 篇论文为基础数据,通过聚类与战略坐标图对我国管理科学与工程学科研究领域的前沿主题及其演化趋势进行了可视化操作,从全球管理科学与工程热点关键词和我国在该学科研究热点、关键词趋势和子领域研究热点等层面进行研究,得出以下结论.
This chapter uses knowledge graph software such as VOSviewer and Bibliometrix, and uses 12,920 papers published in 46 internationally recognized journals between 2010 and 2019 as its core data. This study visualizes cutting-edge research topics and their evolutionary trends in management science and engineering in my country through clustering and strategic coordinate diagrams. This study examines global management science and engineering hot keywords, research hotspots in my country within the discipline, keyword trends, and sub-field research hotspots, drawing the following conclusions.
研究热点的变化(Changes in research focus)
我国管理科学与工程学科的研究热点发生了显著的变化. 研究热点主题从2014 年之前的 supply chain management( 供应链管理) 、creativ-ity( 创造性) 、data mining ( 数据挖掘) 、dimensionreduction( 降维) 、demand uncertainty( 需求不确定性) 等,转变为2015 年 ~ 2017 年的 China( 中国) 、pricing( 定价) 、dynamic programming( 动态规划) 、game theory( 博弈论) 、project management( 项目管理) 等,且在该时间段,social media( 社交媒体) 和social networks( 社会网络) 等关键词也受到了更多的关注. 2018 年 ~ 2019 年,innovation( 创新) 、reliability( 可靠性) 、Wiener process ( 维纳过程) 、information asymmetry( 信息不对称) 等关键词相关的研究得以发展.
Research hotspots in management science and engineering in my country have shifted significantly. Topics shifted from supply chain management, creativity, data mining, dimension reduction, and demand uncertainty before 2014 to China, pricing, dynamic programming, game theory, and project management from 2015 to 2017. During this period, keywords such as social media and social networks also received increased attention. From 2018 to 2019, research related to keywords such as innovation, reliability, the Wiener process, and information asymmetry developed.
研究热点与国际接轨(Research hotspots and international standards)
第二,我国管理科学与工程学科的研究热点充分考虑了中国的实际情况并呈现了与国际接轨的趋势. 对全球管理科学与工程学科的论文关键词进行聚类分析,发现 game theory( 博弈论) 、in-novation( 创新) 、pricing( 定价) 、social network( 社会网络) 、project management( 项目管理) 、dynamicprogramming( 动态规划) 、supply chain management( 供应链管理) 、social media( 社交媒体) 、competi-tion( 竞争) 、simulation( 模拟) 等关键词出现频次靠前. 相比之下,我国频次靠前的 10 个关键词分别为 China ( 中国) 、pricing ( 定价) 、dynamic pro-gramming( 动态规划) 、social network( 社会网络) 、supply chain management( 供应链管理) 、game the-ory( 博弈论) 、project management( 项目管理) 、riskmanagement( 风险管理) 、social media( 社交媒体)和 supply chain( 供应链) . 可以看出,我国管理科学与工程相关研究充分考虑了中国的实际情况.
Second, research hotspots in management science and engineering in my country fully reflect China's realities and demonstrate a trend of convergence with international trends. A cluster analysis of keywords in global management science and engineering papers reveals that keywords such as game theory, innovation, pricing, social network, project management, dynamic programming, supply chain management, social media, competition, and simulation appear most frequently. In contrast, the top ten keywords in Chinese research are "China," "pricing," "dynamic programming," "social network," "supply chain management," "game theory," "project management," "risk management," "social media," and "supply chain." This suggests that research in management science and engineering in my country has fully considered China's specific circumstances.
核心研究主题稳定扩张(Steady expansion of core research topics)
第三,我国管理科学与工程学科在核心研究主题保持稳定扩张,在新的研究主题中有较大转变. 战略坐标图是研究领域内部各主题之间相互联系和相互影响的程度,高频主题词战略坐标图中出现的概率很大.
Third, my country's management science and engineering disciplines have maintained a steady expansion in core research topics, with significant shifts in new research themes. The strategic coordinate diagram reflects the degree of interconnection and mutual influence between topics within a research field. High-frequency keywords are highly likely to appear in the strategic coordinate diagram.
子领域的研究热点(Research hotspots in sub-fields)
第四,我国管理科学与工程中主要子领域的研究热点集中在社交媒体、供应链管理等主题.2018 年 ~ 2019 年间我国管理科学与工程学科的相关研究主要集中在信息系统与管理、新技术驱动的管理理论与方法、管理系统工程、数字化平台管理理论和数据科学与管理等领域; 在这些子领域中,社交媒体、供应链管理等主题是研究热点.此外,复杂系统管理、工程管理和项目管理、工业工程与质量管理、交通运输管理、服务科学与工程等领域的发展速度较快,但对应的论文数量排名靠后.
Fourth, research hotspots within the main subfields of management science and engineering in my country are concentrated in topics such as social media and supply chain management. Between 2018 and 2019, research in management science and engineering in my country focused primarily on information systems and management, new technology-driven management theory and methods, management systems engineering, digital platform management theory, and data science and management. Within these subfields, topics such as social media and supply chain management are research hotspots. Furthermore, fields such as complex systems management, engineering management and project management, industrial engineering and quality management, transportation management, and service science and engineering are developing rapidly, but their corresponding number of papers ranks lower.
不足与展望(Shortcomings and Prospects)

本章研究基于文献计量的研究,存在着一些不可避免地缺陷. 第一,期刊选择上具有局限性. 选择46 份国际权威期刊作为数据源虽然有一定的代表性,但在文献覆盖面上仍存在一定的局限性第二,基于关键词遴选各子领域文献的研究的方法存在不足. 本研究虽然通过专家遴选得出管理科学与工程学科各领域英文关键词,但是得到的关键词数量有限,无法覆盖该学科中的所有领域.第三,对发文机构属性进行限制存在局限. 管理科学与工程是一门交叉学科,存在多研究领域交叉的特征. 本研究将作者的发文机构限定在三种经管学院类单位,与管理科学与工程学科交叉性的特点有一定的差异,故此减少了数据的来源,可能导致研究结论不够准确.
This chapter's research, based on bibliometrics, suffers from some unavoidable flaws. First, there are limitations in the journal selection. While the selection of 46 internationally recognized journals as a data source offers some representativeness, its coverage is still limited. Second, the keyword-based approach to selecting literature from various subfields is flawed. Although this study identified English keywords for various areas of management science and engineering through expert selection, the number of keywords obtained was limited and could not cover all areas of the discipline. Third, there are limitations in restricting the nature of the publishing institutions. Management science and engineering is an interdisciplinary discipline, characterized by the intersection of multiple research fields. This study restricted the authors' publishing institutions to three types of business schools, which is somewhat inconsistent with the interdisciplinary nature of management science and engineering. This reduced the number of data sources and may have led to inaccurate research conclusions.
展望(Outlook)
在未来的研究中,应当避免上述文献计量分析的局限性,充分考虑管理科学与工程学科研究基金自主的项目本身之信息,结合问卷调研和同行专家评议,取长补短,更好地发挥文献计量分析的客观公正性,从更深入的角度研究管理科学与工程学科未来发展的方向和趋势. 此外,新的研究主题可以对国内外学科研究热点及发展趋势进行比较分析,进而为我国管理科学与工程学科的进一步发展提供指导性的建议.
Future research should avoid the limitations of bibliometric analysis described above, fully consider information from independent projects within the Management Science and Engineering Research Fund, and integrate questionnaire surveys with peer review to better leverage the objectivity and impartiality of bibliometric analysis and delve deeper into the future direction and trends of the management science and engineering discipline. Furthermore, new research topics could provide comparative analysis of research hotspots and development trends within the discipline both domestically and internationally, thereby providing guidance for the further development of the management science and engineering discipline in my country.
