The rapid development of Web 2.0 has greatly enhanced the convenience of information exchange and interaction among people. Group decision-making is increasingly taking on the characteristics of social networks, where individuals maintain a certain level of trust. This trust not only influences individual judgment but also impacts the group's overall decision-making. Group consensus is a hot topic in multi-attribute group decision-making research. However, due to differences in experts' knowledge backgrounds and areas of expertise, opinions often differ. While reasonable differences are acceptable, excessive disagreements can lead to unreliable decision results.

传统的群体交互共识机制未考虑专家之间的信任关系,因此迫使未达共识专家平均接受每个专家的意见,这在决策实际中是不合理的。因此,如何通过信任网络的构建来产生合理的共识推荐意见,从而达到群体共识,是本研究尝试解决的关键问题。

Traditional group interaction consensus mechanisms fail to consider the trust relationships between experts, forcing experts who don't reach a consensus to accept the average opinion of each expert. This is unreasonable in practical decision-making. Therefore, how to generate reasonable consensus recommendations through the construction of a trust network and thus achieve group consensus is the key issue this study attempts to address.

(3)研究目标(Research objectives)

构建一种基于信任网络的交互式群体共识方法,在保证合理共识的前提下,寻找最佳的信息集成与决策策略。

This paper constructs an interactive group consensus method based on trust network to find the best information integration and decision-making strategy while ensuring reasonable consensus.

(4)研究方法(Research Methods)

本文的研究方法有:分析多属性群决策中信任网络的特征,并建立专家间的信任网络;提出一种更加合理的基于信任的交互群体共识方法,通过信任关系引导共识推荐;采用冷链物流云平台选择案例作为验证场景,贯穿整个研究过程;在共识形成过程中,结合可视化的共识演化过程和数学证明,验证所提方法的合理性。

The research methods of this paper are as follows: analyzing the characteristics of trust networks in multi-attribute group decision-making and establishing a trust network among experts; proposing a more reasonable trust-based interactive group consensus method to guide consensus recommendations through trust relationships; using a cold chain logistics cloud platform to select cases as verification scenarios throughout the entire research process; and verifying the rationality of the proposed method during the consensus formation process by combining a visual consensus evolution process with mathematical proof.

本研究提出的基于信任的交互共识多属性群决策方法丰富了群体共识与多属性群决策理论的外延,并对社会化媒体发展下管理决策、消费行为决策等群体决策问题提供方法支持。

The trust-based interactive consensus multi-attribute group decision-making method proposed in this study enriches the extension of group consensus and multi-attribute group decision-making theory, and provides methodological support for group decision-making problems such as management decision-making and consumer behavior decision-making under the development of social media.

信任演化指在群体交互或社会网络中,个体之间的信任关系不是静态的,而是随着交互过程、信息传播、历史经验不断变化和更新。在群体决策环境下,专家在多轮讨论与意见交换后,可能会增加对某些专家的信任,同时对其他专家的信任可能减弱。

Trust evolution refers to the fact that trust relationships between individuals in group interactions or social networks are not static but rather constantly change and evolve over time due to interactions, information dissemination, and historical experience. In group decision-making environments, after multiple rounds of discussion and exchange of opinions, experts may increase their trust in some experts while weakening their trust in others.

在群体决策中,共识达成过程与信任演化密切相关:如果一个专家的意见不断被群体采纳,其他人会逐渐更信任他,从而更快趋同。如果某人意见反复偏离群体,可能被边缘化,信任度降低,共识收敛也会绕过该专家。这种动态性让群体决策更符合真实的社交网络环境,而不是传统方法里“静态平均化”的假设。信任演化的研究方法有数学建模、群体决策结合、社会网络分析工具。

The consensus-building process in group decision-making is closely related to trust evolution: if an expert's opinions are consistently adopted by the group, others will gradually trust them more, leading to faster convergence. If an expert's opinions repeatedly deviate from the group, they may be marginalized, their trustworthiness will decrease, and consensus will converge around that expert. This dynamic nature makes group decision-making more consistent with the real world of social networks, rather than the static average assumption of traditional methods. Research methods for trust evolution include mathematical modeling, group decision-making integration, and social network analysis tools.
