The Sub-Committee on Carriage of Cargoes and Containers (CCC), chaired by Mr. David Anderson (Australia), held its eleventh session in London from 8 to 12 September 2025. The meeting included 16 agenda items . China submitted 11 documents covering 4 of these agenda items.

2025年9月8日至9月12日，国际海事组织（IMO）货物和集装箱运输分委会（CCC）第11次会议在英国伦敦召开，会议由澳大利亚Mr. David Anderson担任主席并主持。本届会议共设16项议程。我国向其中4项议题提交了11份提案。

The plenary session established five working, drafting and experts groups as follows:

全会成立了五个工作组、起草组和专家组，分别是：

1.working group on development of guidelines for alternative fuels and related technologies;

1.替代燃料及相关技术指南制定工作组；

2.working group on development of guidelines for the use of ammonia cargo as fuel and provisions for the use of alternative fuels other than cargo on gas carriers;

2.氨货物燃料指南及气体运输船使用非货物替代燃料规定制定工作组；

3.working group on prevention of the loss of containers at sea, revision of MSC.1/Circ.1353/Rev.2 and development of performance standards and guidelines for lashing software;

3.预防海上集装箱丢失及修订MSC.1/Circ.1353/Rev.2通函工作组；

4.drafting group on revision of the Interim recommendations for carriage of liquefied hydrogen in bulk ; and

4.《散装运输液化氢临时建议》修订起草组；

5.experts group on amendments to the IGC Code.

5.《国际散装运输液化气体船舶构造与设备规则》修订专家组。

The aforementioned groups have finalized the following five documents, which will be submitted to MSC 111 for approval:

本届会议成立的各工作组定稿了五份文件，将提交MSC第111次会议批准。

1.Draft interim guidelines for the safety of ships using hydrogen as fuel (MSC Circular);

1.《船舶使用氢燃料安全临时指南》草案（MSC通函）；

2.Draft interim guidelines for use of ammonia cargo as Fuel (MSC Circular);

2.《船舶使用氨货物作为燃料临时指南》草案（MSC通函）；
