The "Data Link" feature of Visio completely breaks the limitations of static drawings! Through the 【Data】-【Import Data】 option, you can easily connect to Excel/Access/SQL databases in one click, supporting over 20 data source formats. The key to mastering is the "Field Mapping" technique: In the pop-up window, establish corresponding relationships between "Task Name → Shape Name", "Responsible Person → Text Label", and "Progress → Shape Color". After checking the "Create Dynamic Link" option, the chart will automatically synchronize when the source data is updated.
