他是商朝宗室后裔、猛将之子。据记载，他身形魁伟，臂力过人。他不仅精通“六艺”（礼、乐、射、御、书、数），是位真正的文武全才，更在德行、智慧与学识上达到了千古罕见的境界。用今天的话说，孔子堪称一位不折不扣的“六边形战士”。而他有趣的灵魂，穿越千年，依然出圈！
When you think of Confucius, what image comes to mind? A stern sage? A patient mentor tirelessly instructing his disciples? Or perhaps a gentle, kindly old man?
Yet the historical Confucius was far more multidimensional.
He was a descendant of royal nobility and the son of a renowned military commander. The Records of the Grand Historian describe Confucius as being about 1.9 meters tall, after converting the ancient units of measurement. A true master of both the civil and martial arts, Confucius was proficient in the Six Arts—rites, music, archery, charioteering, calligraphy, and mathematics—while attaining a level of virtue, wisdom, and knowledge rare across the ages. In today's terms, we might call him a true all-rounder—a man of many dimensions. And beyond his formidable accomplishments, Confucius' witty and engaging spirit continues to resonate across time, captivating minds even today—truly a timeless icon.

孔子生于公元前551年，卒于公元前479年，活了73岁。在医疗匮乏、战事频仍的春秋末期，人均寿命不过三四十岁，孔子能逾古稀之年，实属罕见的高寿。虽然他一生经历坎坷，但他顶级学习力与自律、自由豁达不内耗的精神格局，都为当代年轻人提供了深具启发性的处世智慧。
Confucius (551–479 BCE) lived to be 73 years old. In the late Spring and Autumn period, an era marked by limited medical resources and frequent wars, the average life expectancy was only around thirty to forty years. Reaching over seventy was exceptionally rare, making Confucius a remarkable example of longevity. Although Confucius experienced a turbulent life, his exceptional learning ability, self-discipline, and a spiritual outlook characterized by freedom, openness, and minimal internal strife offer highly instructive wisdom for contemporary young people on how to navigate life.
