近日，位于高新区（滨江）零磁谷（新天地）的税友税务软件产品产业化生产基地——税友亿企赢大厦正式投入使用。
Recently, the 17Win Building of SERVYOU Group, a tax software product industrialization production base located in the Zero-Magnetism Valley (Xintiandi) of High-tech Zone (Binjiang), is officially put into use.
税友亿企赢大厦总建筑面积约12.4万平方米，地上建筑面积约7万平方米，由A、B两栋塔楼和裙房组成，呈三个“回”字形结合布置，设计简约而不乏几何美感。
With a total construction area of approximately 124,000 square meters and 70,000 square meters of above-ground space, the 17Win Building of SERVYOU Group consists of two towers (A and B) and podium structures with the shape of three interconnected squares with courtyard, presenting its minimalist design with geometric elegance.
其中，大厦A座共21层，设置配备多间多功能厅和会议室，满足业务洽谈和总部办公的基本配套需求；B座共10层，主要为业务实验室，用以提升税友股份的技术水平、研发实力和自主创新能力。
The 21-floor tower A is equipped with several multi-functional halls and conference rooms, meeting basic needs for business negotiations and headquarters administration. Tower B, with 10 floors in all, is mainly used as business laboratories dedicated to enhancing the technological capabilities, R&D ability and independent innovation capacity of SERVYOU Group.

进入大厦内部，沿着大厅往里走，是公司自营的“阳光咖啡”厅，店内装修风格简约而温馨，摆放着一排排沙发和桌椅，墙上挂着些许艺术装饰画，为空间增添了几分雅致的同时，也为员工营造了一种宁静舒适的氛围。
Inside the building and within the lobby is the “Sunshine Café” operated by the company itself, which is decorated with simple yet cozy style. Neatly arranged rows of sofas, tables, and chairs, together with artistic paintings on the walls, bring not only elegance to the space but also a serene and comfortable atmosphere for employees.
从咖啡店出来，走步行梯上到二楼、三楼，便是税友亿企赢大厦的两大食堂。从热辣过瘾的川味土豆粉、香气四溢的麻辣烫，到嚼劲十足的各类面食，再到色香味俱全的精美小炒……每个食堂各有特色，2个餐厅，12个档口，同时可容纳1300人。
Walking along the stairs near the café up to the second and third floors, people can find two canteens of the 17Win Building of SERVYOU Group. From spicy Sichuan-style potato noodles and aromatic Malatang hot-pot, to chewy noodles and exquisite stir-fries with a perfect combination of beautiful color, fragrant smell and delicious taste, each canteen has distinctive themes. 12 food stalls and two restaurants can accommodate 1,300 people simultaneously.
继续往上走，四楼及以上楼层被规划成了公司专用会议层和各个部门的办公区域。
Keep walking up the stairs and people will reach the fourth floor and above, which are designed into conference rooms for the company and office areas for different departments.
Garden
如果要说税友亿企赢大厦最吸睛的，那莫过于连接A、B两座大楼的空中花园与慢跑道。灵活巧妙的设计，创造出丰富的户外空间。空中花园里种满了各种各样的植物，并配备了茶几、座椅，供员工休息；而这条慢跑道环绕着花园，全长大约有200米。无论是清晨还是傍晚，总能看到有人在这里锻炼身体，或是一边慢跑一边欣赏周边的景色。
The most eye-catching part of the 17Win Building of SERVYOU Group must be the sky garden and jogging path that connects Building A and B, providing abundant outdoor spaces with innovative design. The sky garden is filled with various plants and is furnished with low tables and seats for employees to relax. The jogging path with a total length of approximately 200 meters winds around the sky garden, providing a place for people to do some physical exercise or to jog while enjoying the view no matter in early morning or late evening.
除此之外，大厦还十分注重员工的身心健康，有设施齐全的健身房，有精心设计的阶梯书廊，还有敞亮的瑜伽和舞蹈教室。
Moreover, the company pays great attention to the mental and physical health of its employees. There is a fully equipped fitness center in the building, as well as a well-designed tiered reading lounge and spacious yoga and dance studios.
