高级建筑师 / Senior Architect

职责包括及资格能力要求:

·领导由建筑师、室内设计师以及助理设计师组成的团队，为位于中国和其他地区的项目开展设计工作。

·领导团队借助图纸、模型、图形、材料和情绪板，制定设计概念。

·利用3D制图、素描、参考资料，制作具有吸引力的视觉资料用于方案演示和形象展示。

·领导团队制作技术图纸，用于投标和施工。

·担任客户联络人，保障对外沟通。

·激发团队设计出兼具创新与创意的优秀项目。

·独立完成或与工作室团队合作，积极打造高质量的空间、建筑、功能设计方案，以实现事务所的设计愿景、满足客户的设计需求。

·管理并指导团队成员，创造协同合作的工作氛围。

·与供应商和承包商进行沟通与协调。

·确保项目按期完成。

·以富有启发性、参与性、专业性、创造性的方式向客户展示作品。

·五年以上建筑师专业工作经验。

·拥有管理建筑师与设计师团队的经验

·持有行业认证的建筑专业文凭或学位

·熟练掌握AutoCAD, 3D建模(Sketchup), Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Enscape

·能够独立完成个人工作任务

·踏实、细心，良好的沟通能力

·拥有现场施工经验

·熟悉施工技术要求和相关文件

·具备英语工作熟练度

Your responsiblities and qualifications would include:

·Leading a design team comprising of architects, interior designers, and assistant designers on the design of projects in China and in other locations.

·Leading the team in developing design concepts through drawings, models, images, materials and mood boards.

·Creating strong visuals for presentations and imagery, through 3d imagery, sketches and references.

·Leading the team to produce technical drawings for tender and construction.

·Acting as the point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication.

·Inspiring the team to design aspirational projects that are both innovative and creative in their resolution.

·Proactively developing high quality spatial, architectural and operational designs both independently and within the studio to meet the vision of the practice and client’s brief.

·Acting as both manager and mentor to members of the team to promote a collaborative atmosphere.

·Communication and coordination with suppliers and contractors.

·Ensuring project deadlines are met.

·Presenting work to clients in an inspiring, engaging, professional and creative manner.

·5+ years professional work experience as an architect.

·Experience leading a team of architects and designers.

·Holding an industry recognized diploma or degree in architecture.

·Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Sketchup), Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Enscape.

·Ability to work independently to manage own workload.

·Reliable and detail-oriented with good communication skills.

·Experience with on-site construction.

·A good technical understanding of construction and required documentation.

·Working proficiency in English.

Linehouse is an architecture and interior design studio established in 2013 by Alex Mok and Briar Hickling with studios in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Auckland. Linehouse works on projects of varying scales and typologies from the small scale and the intricate to the grand and public. Linehouse’s approach is purposeful, creating poetic concepts through research; cultural, urban and historic contexts and responding to the program, site and function. Through the process of design, each project has a strong narrative, a focus on craft and unique spatial experience with a dynamic intersection between disciplines.
