2025 ULI亚太区卓越奖获奖名单
ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence 2025
作为亚太地区开发领域最具权威性的奖项之一，ULI亚太区卓越奖（ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence）于5月28日在香港丽晶酒店举办的2025 ULI亚太区峰会上正式揭晓获奖名单。据悉今年共有14个项目获奖，其中中国项目5个，占比35%。ULI亚太区行政总裁毕艾伦（Alan Beebe）表示：“本届获奖项目充分体现了创新精神与实际影响力，不仅在设计层面表现出卓越水准，也为行业提供了诸多宝贵经验。今年的获奖项目在土地利用方面展现了出色实践，特别是在加强社区联结、提升宜居性方面表现突出。我们衷心感谢评审委员会的专家们所付出的时间与努力，甄选出这些杰出的项目。”
