How to Overcome Anxiety?
Everyone feels anxious and this is normal. Normal anxiety can help us make better use of time. But if you find yourself feeling anxious at many unnecessary times, and you feel that it is difficult for you to control this feeling, you need to learn how to deal with it. Today I’ll talk about how to overcome anxiety.
I always do things when I think I have got all the skills. I always hope to do it perfectly and make everything in my expectation. But in this way, you will feel very anxious, afraid to start, and finally do nothing. Life is not always in your hands. So why not just do it, without worrying if it’s good or bad? This will make it much easier to start. When you finish it, you will find that it’s not that bad, and you can improve as you go along.
And then, you need to forgive yourself. People with anxiety think a lot about what they’re doing wrong and what will others think of them. Imagine you had a friend who constantly pointed out everything you're doing wrong, and everything that was wrong with your life. That’s people with anxiety do to themselves all day long. Forgive yourself for anything and everything. You may have just made a stupid mistake, or you may have just done something that makes you feel embarrassed. Just let it go, do not care about other people's vision. Forgive yourself,it’s difficult but powerful.
