广州市办理境外及境内工作签证的审批流程统一为：在审批决定通过后，需申请本人前往现场核验资料原件，方可领取《行政许可决定书》。

In some cases of work visa applications handled by the Huangpu District and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, on-site verification of documents has been required immediately after the first-level preliminary review is passed. Therefore, when applying for a domestic work visa, whether it is a family reunion transfer to a work visa or a transfer employment application, it is necessary to clarify whether the applicant can arrange time for on-site verification and ensure that all original documents can be provided in a timely manner after the first-level preliminary review is passed. If the applicant cannot go to the site for verification due to schedule conflicts or inability to provide the original documents, it will directly affect the verification results and prevent the subsequent approval process from continuing.

For employment-based applications, there used to be some leniency for minor overdue situations, but now the overall situation of the applicant will be comprehensively assessed, including income level, qualifications of the employer, and job match.

任职类申请方面，以往对存在轻微逾期情况可能较为宽松，但目前会结合申请人整体情况综合判断，包括收入水平、工作单位资质、职位匹配度。

For spousal reunion applications, it is now explicitly required to provide property ownership proof under the applicant's name. Rental situations are generally not accepted unless the overall background is particularly outstanding and can be considered after a comprehensive assessment.

夫妻团聚类申请方面，现明确要求提供申请本人名下的房产证明，租房情况原则上不再接受，除非整体背景特别优秀，经综合评估后方可考虑。

For parent-child reunion applications, it is still required that the child has an actual residence record within five years after returning to China. The parents' employment situation and the nature of the property (whether it is rented or owned by the parents) will also be reviewed as a reference for approval.

亲子团聚类方面，目前仍要求子女回国后在五年内有实际居住记录，同时将审查父母的工作情况、房产性质（是否为租赁或父母名下自有房产）等因素，作为审批参考依据。

Shenzhen has recently added a new material requirement for Chinese applicants for permanent residency: a criminal record certificate for the period when the applicant was over 18 years old and before obtaining foreign nationality. This certificate must be obtained from the local police station where the applicant's household registration was canceled.

深圳近期对华人申请永居新增一项材料要求：需提供申请人年满18周岁至加入外国国籍前在中国境内的无犯罪记录证明。该证明需前往申请人原户籍注销地的派出所办理。

Some cities, such as Guangzhou, have previously required a criminal record certificate after obtaining foreign nationality (i.e., the residence record in China during the period of holding a foreign passport). This time, Shenzhen has added a criminal record certificate for the period of holding Chinese nationality. Therefore, applicants need to prepare two different domestic criminal record certificates: one for the period from 18 years old to the cancellation of Chinese household registration (issued by the Chinese household registration police station) and the other for the period of residence in China after obtaining foreign nationality (issued by the local public security organ where the temporary residence registration is located).

此前部分城市，如广州已要求提供加入外国国籍后的无犯罪记录（即持外国护照期间在中国的居留记录），而此次深圳新增的是持中国国籍期间的无犯罪记录，所以申请人需准备两份不同时段的国内无犯罪证明：一份为18岁至注销中国户籍前（由中国户籍派出所出具），另一份为取得外国国籍后在中国居留期间（由临时住宿登记所在地公安机关出具）。
