上下加工单元

Upper and bottom processing unit

①上单元：自研对称高速双钻包搭配自动换刀主轴（5.5kw，可选一字侧铣主轴），两钻包垂直孔最小间距为64mm，垂直钻10×2，水平钻X方向:2×4，Y方向:2×2，实现高效精准打孔；

Upper unit: Symmetrical double drilling block with ATC spindle (5.5kw, Side milling optional), minimum vertical drilling spacing is 64mm, 10×2 vertical drills, 2×4 horizontal drills in the X direction and 2×2 in the Y direction, for efficient and precise drilling;

②下单元：单钻包（V9）搭配单主轴（3.5kw），确保加工效率；

Bottom unit: Single drilling block(V9) with a single spindle (3.5kw) to ensure processing efficiency;

③采用智能蛙跳式路径规划算法，自动优化移动轨迹；

④每个钻包核心零件均经过三坐标检测仪（CMM）微米级检测，严格把控零件品质。

配备4刀位自动刀库，预存多种专用刀具，加工过程中自动切换。告别手动换刀停机，实现多工序连续加工，设备利用率大幅提高。

The 4-tool automatic tool magazine pre-stores multiple tools and automatically switches when the machine running. No manual tool changing or machine stoppage is required, enabling continuous multi-process processing and improving equipment utilization.

具备抓手下浮功能，不摩擦板底面，配合高精度齿轮齿条和伺服驱动，最大速度135m/min，新增隔板防误触。
