the purpose of this drill is to replicate a perfect butterfly stroke，we're gonna use for that as a lane line to start with you grab the lane line with your arms at shoulder wet，then you lift your elbows up and then continue，just like you would with a normal butterfly stroke。

things to remember on this drill are always emphasizing the high elbow on every stroke，you need to remember to keep your core tight。

last thing is try to generate as much power as you can，this will help you become a more powerful butterflyer。

the last thing i like about this drill is makes you look super cool，let's go with it。

obviously for this drill you'll need a good amount of post space，so remember to talk to your coach before，and try not to get in the way of other people swimming as always guys。
