Spring Airlines has launched a special recruitment program for married women with children, announced at a recent press conference in Lanzhou, Gansu province.

Women aged up to 40 with a bachelor's degree or higher are eligible to apply, provided they meet the height requirement of 162 to 174 centimeters. No prior work experience is required.

春秋航空招聘负责人介绍，“空嫂”群体具备较强的亲和力与应变能力，在服务儿童、处理突发情况等方面具有优势。据了解，此前的空姐招聘通常在‌18-25周岁‌，部分航空公司放宽至‌28-32周岁‌。

According to a recruitment manager from Spring Airlines, this demographic tends to demonstrate stronger empathy and adaptability, qualities that make them particularly suited to assisting children and handling in-flight emergencies. Traditionally, flight attendant positions are open only to women aged 18 to 25, though some airlines have extended the upper age limit to 28 or 32.

据《兰州新闻》，此次招聘无专业限制，预计面向西北地区招录30人至60人。所有招录人员将在2026年初启动培训，应聘者可通过春秋航空招聘官网或官方公众号投递简历，面试将于11月中上旬与兰州区域校园招聘同步开展。

The program welcomes applicants from all academic backgrounds and plans to recruit 30–60 candidates from Northwest China. Training begins in early 2026, with applications accepted via Spring Airlines' website or WeChat. Interviews will be held in mid to late November in Lanzhou.
