10月19日，“智汇·海淀”人才主题周系列活动之智汇海淀·世界英才说“我的海淀故事”座谈会在中关村创业大街举办。100余名各国青年创业者代表、留学生共同参会交流，分享他们在海淀生活、学习、工作、创业的真实故事，为海淀街道打造更具吸引力的国际化青年友好街区建言献策。本次活动特别邀请了辖区企业新东方的明星讲师孟繁飞老师进行主持。
On October 19th, the "Wisdom Converges in Haidian" Talent Theme Week series of activities held a symposium titled "My Haidian Story" on Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Street. Over 100 young entrepreneurs and international students from various countries attended the event to share their real-life experiences of living, studying, working and starting businesses in Haidian. They also offered suggestions on how to make Haidian's Subdistrict more attractive to international youth. The event was hosted by Meng Fanfei, a star lecturer from New Oriental, a local enterprise.
海淀街道团工委书记胡波从地理位置、教育科技资源以及产业生态体系三方面对海淀街道进行了简要介绍。她表示，当前，海淀街道正致力于打造国际化青年友好街区，持续完善面向全球人才的政策体系与服务保障。海淀街道诚挚欢迎世界各地的优秀人才来到海淀、扎根海淀，在这里实现理想、共创未来！
Hu bo, the secretary of the Youth League Working Committee of Haidian Subdistrict, gave a brief introduction to Haidian Subdistrict in his speech from three aspects: geographical location, educational and technological resources, and industrial ecosystem. She said that currently, Haidian Subdistrict is committed to building an international youth-friendly street and continuously improving the policy system and service guarantee for global talents. Haidian Subdistrict sincerely welcomes outstanding talents from all over the world to come to Haidian, settle down in Haidian, realize their ideals and create the future together here!
在主题分享环节，来自不同国家和地区的四位国际青年代表分享了他们的“海淀故事”。他们的故事，是无数个国际友人在海淀生活的缩影，真实、生动、充满力量。
During the thematic sharing session, four international youth representatives from different countries and regions shared their "Haidian Stories."
圣保罗大学与中国农业大学双硕士研究生（工商管理与公共管理）朱诺以“青年为桥：国际青年如何在中国成长与进步”为主题分享了北京和海淀给他的“Kind people（友好人民）”“Rich culture（丰富文化）”“Amazing food（美味佳肴）”等印象，以及他作为中巴两国文化交流桥梁在中国参加国际活动的学习和成长经历，展现了国际青年在中国发展的无限可能。
Juno, a dual master's degree student (MBA and MPA) from the University of São Paulo and China Agricultural University, shared his impressions of Beijing and Haidian under the theme "Youth as a Bridge: How International Youth Grow and Progress in China."
北京邮电大学国际商务硕士瑞琦则以“在中国的学习和生活”为主题从交通、社团、学生生活、社会活动参与等方面讲述来到中国后学习和生活的适应过程。她特别提到，掌握“你好”“谢谢”等基础中文的“交流小技巧”，不仅帮助她更好地融入当地生活，也让与会观众感受到了文化碰撞的火花和在京留学生活的别样精彩。
Ricky, a Master of International Business student at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, shared her adaptation process in studying and living in China under the theme "Study and Life in China".
Lantau公司CEO、清华大学社科学硕士卫特以“在中巴之间：十年的创业与自我发现之旅”为主题分享了十年来他对于创业、商业与成长的认识。他分享的“反思自身本性”“明确工作核心”“坚持与热爱”等人生经验令与会青年们受益匪浅。
Wyatt, CEO of Lantau Company and a Master of Social Sciences graduate from Tsinghua University, shared his insights on entrepreneurship, business, and growth over the past decade under the theme "Between China and Brazil: A Ten-Year Journey of Entrepreneurship and Self-Discovery."
北京邮电大学电子科学与工程院博士陈明珠以“从校园到初创家园，探索北京”为主题详细介绍了在北京饮食、学习、游玩等各方面。从便捷高效的地铁网络到丰富多元的美食文化，从世界一流的学术资源到充满活力的创业生态，她用自己的亲身经历，生动诠释了北京这座国际化大都市对青年人才的强大吸引力。
Chen Mingzhu, a Ph.D. student in Electronic Science and Engineering at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, detailed various aspects of life in Beijing, including food, study, and recreation, under the theme "From Campus to Startup Home: Exploring Beijing."
互动交流环节，现场讨论气氛热烈。与会国际青年们围绕居住、交通、休闲三大话题畅所欲言。来自巴基斯坦的留学生对中国人民的热情好客赞不绝口，多位国际友人高度评价北京便捷的地铁系统和普及的共享单车。大家普遍认为校园居住环境良好、饮食丰富多样、生活成本合理。同时，各国青年们还就优化多语标识、便民服务信息获取、社区文化活动等方面提出了建设性建议，为海淀街道打造国际化青年友好街区提供了宝贵参考。
During the interactive exchange session, the discussion was lively. The attending youth spoke freely around three main topics: residence, transportation, and leisure.
“智汇海淀·世界英才说”系列活动是海淀街道打造的人才服务品牌活动，旨在通过政策宣讲、产业交流、需求对接等多种形式，为各行业人才在海淀发展提供全方位支持。接下来，海淀街道将继续通过多元化的活动形式，持续关注国际人才的成长与发展，用更优质、更精准的服务，让每一位“世界英才”都能在海淀这片沃土上深耕梦想。
The "Wisdom Converges in Haidian · World Talents Speak" series is a talent service brand activity created by Haidian SubDistrict. It aims to provide comprehensive support for talents from various industries developing in Haidian through various forms such as policy presentations, industry exchanges, and needs matching.
