Taoxichuan Art Center Lecture series invites Artist-in-Residence Bhavy Trivedi to present a lecture on the theme: "In search of Harmony" at 20:00 on Thursday, 9th October 2025 at the Taoxichuan Building N2, Fansha Gallery.

本次讲座Bhavy Trivedi将探讨他的艺术创作，透过自然的视角追寻和谐。他将分享不同媒介的探索，以及从周围环境中没取的灵感，并以他在景德镇创作中的过程记录与完成作品作为讲座的结尾。

In this lecture, Bhavy Trivedi will explore his artistic creations and pursue harmony from a natural perspective. He will share his exploration of different media and the inspiration drawn from the surrounding environment, and conclude the lecture with the process records and completed works of his creations in Jingdezhen.

师从资深艺术家 Chantal Gowa

工作经历：

Last学校艺术教育工作者｜2018年至今

向高中生教授美术技法（专攻绘画与黏土艺术）；每学期设计与组织深度艺术工作坊；管理学校艺术中心。

艺术家｜2016年至今

从事壁画、装置艺术及其他独立项目的构思与创作。多年来在印度多次举办个展与群展。

Taoxichuan Art Center Lecture series invites Artist-in-Residence LindaJansson Lotheto present a lecture on the theme: "‘Sailing on your own’, tracing a ceramic iconography, and other interpretations of the blue and white" at 20:00 on Thursday, 9th October 2025 at the Taoxichuan Building N2, Fansha Gallery.

“我始终痴迷于叙事：那些被封装于器物之中的故事。传说、神话与童话常是我项目的灵感源泉，同时我也关注当代社会议题。我的创作游走于“高雅”与“通俗”文化之间，穿梭于媚俗、坎普与艺术的交界地带，徘徊在现代性与怀旧情绪的张力之中。我着迷于“美/吸引”与“丑/排斥”这类对立所产生的电流般的碰撞。对创作过程中一切可能性的开放态度至关重要。通过融合古老与当代，我试图为我和你，编织新的故事。”

“I am interested in the narrative: the story encapsulated within objects. Legends, myths, and fairy tales often serve as sources of inspiration for my projects, alongside contemporary societal themes. I work in the space between 'High'- and 'Low'-culture, between Kitsch, Camp, and Art, between modernity and nostalgia. I am fascinated by the electricity created by contrasts such as 'beauty/attraction' and 'ugly/repulsive'. Being open to what might occur during the process is paramount. By fusing the old and the new, I create new stories – stories for me and you.”
