金博翔是石家庄金杰博尔进出口贸易有限公司(简称:金杰博尔)的全资子公司，金杰博尔公司以专业出口各种类型铸件起家，和国外客户有着长期的合作关系，为了保证高品质的产品质量和供货及时性，为此特意成立的金博翔公司。经历了几十年的发展，金博翔公司已经拥有完善的生产体系、检测体系以及工贸一体的销售体系，为客户的长期发展提供了有力的基础条件。

金博翔拥有全套德国进口的全自动黏土砂静压造型线，沙箱尺寸是800X650X300，基本满足一般铸件生产。公司还有一条呋喃树脂砂造型线，可以生产单重在2T以内的各种铸件，基本实现了公司铸件年生产能力约8000吨。目前公司员工约300人，其中高级技术人员20人，质检人员20人。

金博翔拥有一台1吨中频电炉、两台0.75吨中频电炉，配备了炉前分析仪、直读式光谱仪、拉力试验机、无损探伤设备、金相显微镜、布氏硬度计、里氏硬度计等各类之间检测及过程控制设备运用到实际生产和检测中，确保产品质量。加工车间现有多台大型立式车床、加工中心、各种阀门专用车床、数控加工车床等相应的加工配套设备，满足了我厂现阶段生产需求。

金博翔公司已通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证、2006年通过铸造行业准入、2015年通过环评。另外，我厂注重对高难铸件的开发，现拥有多项发明专利，专利涉及到压缩机、发电机、阀门、各种泵体的配套铸件，连续或得政府给予的各种奖励和殊荣。

(referred to as “Jinboxiang”) is a modern foundry and machining enterprise specializing in the castings design and development, production, processing, sales, and service of casting products. Its products are mainly made of gray iron and ductile iron materials and are renowned for their ability to produce various complex castings. The company's production capacity and product quality have received unanimous praise from customers both at home and abroad.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Jinjieber Imp & Exp Corp. Ltd. After decades of development, Jinboxiang has a perfect production system, testing system and sales system of industry and trade, which provides a strong foundation for the long-term development of our customers. Our products are mainly sold to the United States, Italy, Russia, Israel and other countries.

The company is located in the development zone of Lingshou County, Shijiazhuang City, covering an area of 20 acres, with a full set of fully automatic clay sand static pressure molding line imported from Germany, sand box size is 800 * 650 * 300 , basically to meet the general production of castings.The furan resin sand molding line can produce a single weight within 2T of a variety of castings.The basic realization of the company's annual production capacity of about 8000 tons of castings. Now our company's production capacity in recent years time to maintain more than 8000 tons. At present, the company employs about 300 people, including 20 senior technicians and 20 quality inspectors.

Jinboxiang currently has one 1-ton medium frequency electric furnace and two 0.75-ton medium frequency electric furnaces, equipped with pre-furnace composition analyzer, direct reading spectrometer, tensile testing machine, non-destructive testing equipment, metallographic microscope, Brinell hardness tester, Richter hardness tester and other types of quality testing and process control equipment used in the actual production and testing to ensure product quality.The machining workshop has many large vertical lathes, machining centers, various valve special lathes, CNC processing lathes and other corresponding processing supporting equipment to meet the current capacity needs of our factory.

Jinboxiang has now passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification, 2006 access to the foundry industry, and our factory passed the environmental assessment in 2015. In addition, our factory focuses on the development of difficult castings, and now has a number of invention patents, the patents relate to compressors, generators, valves, a variety of pump body supporting castings, and has continuously won various awards and distinctions given by the government.
