According to media reports, the patent specifications outline precise design features, including 14–16 clockwise spiral pleats, a flat bottom, and a semi-circular dough wrapper with a raised top, accompanied by a 3D model diagram with millimeter-level precision. Legal experts warn that Chinese jiaoziexported to the US market matching these exact characteristics could face patent infringement risks under US intellectual property laws.

还有专业人士表示，CJ公司的饺子外观专利申请，想借此营销的成分更大。“有实力的商家可以向美国专利商标局提出专利无效，企业如果不想陷入侵权纠纷，最好还是规避使用这类形状。”

公开信息显示，CJ公司是韩国的一家食品和生物企业，旗下有一款饺子品牌bibigo（必品阁），在我国电商平台和线下商超均有销售。
