耳屎有个学名,耵聍,它并不单纯是耳朵的排泄物,而是耳朵的保卫工,可以保护耳道,阻挡异物,也能维持酸碱平衡,不让细菌滋生。平时,它会随着人体的咀嚼、运动自然脱落。

如果长期过度掏耳,则会刺激分泌,让耵聍越来越多。不正确的掏耳姿势和力度,还有可能损伤耳道,甚至捅穿耳膜。
