Han Kun authors the China Chapter of Lexology In-Depth Dispute Resolution

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research recently published its 17th edition of Lexology In-Depth Dispute Resolution. Han Kun partner Ms. Ying Zeng, associates Mr. Cao Qian and Ms. Wang Xiuqi co-authored the China chapter.

Lexology In-Depth Dispute Resolution introduces the legal framework and practice of dispute resolution in 24 different jurisdictions, with contributions from leading dispute resolution practitioners from different countries and jurisdictions. Han Kun reviews the new development and trends in dispute resolution in PRC for the year 2024. The China Chapter introduces the legal framework and characteristics of dispute resolution as well as the latest rules and practices in PRC, covering specific issues such as court procedures, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, evidence rules and data protection.
