摘要:Tau蛋白在阿尔茨海默病中可发挥关键作用。阿尔茨海默病的认知能力衰退与 tau蛋白 病变的程度有关,特别是最初出现在跨脑和包括海马在内的大脑相关区域的 tau蛋白 过度磷酸化。
Tau蛋白在阿尔茨海默病中可发挥关键作用。阿尔茨海默病的认知能力衰退与 tau蛋白 病变的程度有关,特别是最初出现在跨脑和包括海马在内的大脑相关区域的 tau蛋白 过度磷酸化。
在正常状态下,Tau蛋白稳定神经微管、促进轴突生长。在阿尔茨海默病的病理状态下,Tau蛋白可出现异常磷酸化和蛋白截断等现象,使其脱离微管、错误折叠、亚细胞错排,导致线粒体损伤、突触功能障碍、胶质增生及神经炎症,终致神经功能退化和认知损缺,从而加速阿尔茨海默病的进展。目前已出现的针对Tau蛋白的治疗策略为阿尔茨海默病预防治疗带来希望。
