The 5th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival (hereinafter referred to as "the Festival") will run from September 16th to October 16th across 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The Festival features five major components, including theatrical performances, artlectures and talks, art exhibitions, people-benefit activities, and performing arts exchanges.
The Festival's organizing committee has selected 35 productions, totaling 104 performances, among which ten are international. The Vakhtangov State Academic Theatre of Russia will present the plays "Eugene Onegin" and "Uncle Vanya"; other international works will deliver world-renowned classics, including Matthew Bourne's "Swan Lake", the original French musical "Molière", and Yefim Bronfman's piano recital.
Notably, the 16th China (Guangzhou) International Performing Arts Fair (hereinafter referred to as "the Fair") will be held concurrently. It will host nearly 300 performing arts organizations from 20 countries and regions. It will also incorporate the 3rd Performing ArtsInvestment and Trade Fair of The Silk Road International League of Theatres, facilitating the signing of creation and touring agreements for stage productions such as "Wong Fei Hung" and "Odes to Heroes."
For each selected production, the Festival will offer no fewer than 50 complimentary tickets for designated groups and low-price tickets comprising at least 10% of available paid tickets. In some performances, discounted people-benefit tickets exceed 50%, with prices starting as low as 30 yuan. Preliminary estimates indicate that nearly 150 publicbenefit performances will take place across the GBA during the Festival.
在“家门口”赏文艺精品！第五届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节9月16日启幕
第五届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节（以下简称“艺术节”）将于9月16日-10月16日在粤港澳大湾区11城联动举办。艺术节包括剧目展演、艺术讲堂、美术展览、惠民活动及演艺交易五大板块。
这届艺术节组委会共遴选出35个剧目，共计104场演出。其中，来自国际的剧目有10个。俄罗斯瓦赫坦戈夫剧院将带来话剧《叶甫盖尼·奥涅金》《万尼亚舅舅》；马修·伯恩版芭蕾舞剧《天鹅湖》、法国原版音乐剧《莫里哀》、叶菲姆·布朗夫曼钢琴独奏会等国际剧目/音乐会将演绎世界经典。
值得一提的还有第16届中国（广州）国际演艺交易会（以下简称“演交会”），将邀请20个国家和地区的近300家演艺机构参会，还套开第3届丝绸之路国际剧院联盟演艺投洽会，将促成舞剧《黄飞鸿》《英歌》等演艺项目创作巡演协议签署。
本届艺术节每个入选剧目提供不少于50张针对特定人群的免费票和不少于可售票10%的低价票，部分演出低价惠民票比例超50%，票价最低至30元。经初步统计，整个艺术节期间，大湾区各地将开展近150场公益演出。
