Starting from mid-to-late September, Guangdong will launch the autumn recruitment campaign as part of the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative. More than 10,000 employers will participate both online and offline, visiting over 100 leading universities in China to invite outstanding graduates to work or start businesses in Guangdong.

The detailed arrangements are as follows: In September 2025, recruitment activities will be held at top universities in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, jointly organized by Guangzhou, Meizhou, and Qingyuan; as well as in Shanghai and Shandong, organized by Shenzhen, Heyuan, and Shanwei. In October, events will be held in Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang, organized by Zhongshan, Zhaoqing, and Jiangmen respectively; and in Hubei and Henan, organized by Huizhou and Chaozhou. In November, recruitment activities will take place in Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Gansu, organized by Shantou and Jieyang; and in Jiangsu, organized by Foshan and Yunfu. In December, events will be held in Zhejiang, Anhui, and Fujian, organized by Dongguan and Shaoguan; in Sichuan and Chongqing, organized by Zhanjiang and Maoming; and in Hunan and Jiangxi, organized by Zhuhai, Yangjiang, and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

At the same time, Guangdong will carry out a variety of autumn recruitment activities. By the end of this year, a large-scale comprehensive job fair under the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative will be held in Shenzhen at a high level, with more than 1,200 key employers participating on-site. Over 50,000 high-quality job opportunities will be offered, targeting graduates and other outstanding talents.

“百万英才汇南粤”秋招9月启动

9月中下旬起，广东将开展“百万英才汇南粤”秋季招聘活动，线上线下组织逾1万家用人单位，到全国超100所重点高校，邀约优秀高校毕业生来粤就业创业。

具体安排如下：2025年9月，举办北京、天津、河北地区重点高校招聘活动，由广州、梅州、清远市联合组织实施；举办上海、山东地区重点高校招聘活动，由深圳、河源、汕尾市联合组织实施。2025年10月，举办辽宁、吉林、黑龙江地区重点高校招聘活动，分别由中山、肇庆、江门市组织实施；举办湖北、河南地区重点高校招聘活动，由惠州、潮州市联合组织实施。2025年11月，举办陕西、山西、甘肃地区重点高校招聘活动，由汕头、揭阳市联合组织实施；举办江苏地区重点高校招聘活动，由佛山、云浮市联合组织实施。2025年12月，举办浙江、安徽、福建地区重点高校招聘活动，由东莞、韶关市联合组织实施；举办四川、重庆地区重点高校招聘活动，由湛江、茂名市联合组织实施；举办湖南、江西地区重点高校招聘活动，由珠海、阳江市和横琴粤澳深度合作区联合组织实施。

与此同时，广东将开展形式多样的秋季招聘活动。预计今年年底前，将在深圳市高规格举办“百万英才汇南粤”秋季大型综合招聘会，组织逾1200家重点用人单位参加现场招聘，提供超5万个优质就业岗位，面向高校毕业生等优秀人才开展招聘。
