Meanwhile, Changzhou’s “night economy” has become increasingly vibrant. State Grid Changzhou Power Supply Company has completed over 480 low-voltage capacity increase and expansion projects for commercial tenants. The thoughtful service support for the "Jiangsu Super League" is a typical example of Changzhou Power Supply Company's efforts to deepen and improve the service level of “Access to Electricity”.

In recent years, State Grid Changzhou Power Supply Company has continuously deepened the service level of “Access to Electricity”. Through innovative service models and green transformation practices, it has provided solid support for Changzhou's urban development and people's livelihood needs.

In terms of industrial services, the company has proactively innovated the “Park-Grid Co-construction” model, integrating power supply services deeply into the development planning of industrial parks. This transformation has upgraded the service from passive response to active support, significantly improving the efficiency of power connection. When an enterprise in Benniu Intelligent Manufacturing Port Park had an urgent need for capacity expansion, the company compressed the high-voltage capacity expansion cycle from two months to 15 working days through parallel processes and on-site technical support, ensuring the enterprise’s smooth production launch. Up to now, the “Park-Grid Co-construction” model has covered 19 key industrial parks, shortening the average power connection time by 30 working days and saving enterprises approximately 27 million yuan in supporting costs.

At the level of people’s livelihood services, the power supply grid-based model has bridged the “last 100 meters” of service. Since October last year, power supply service staff have integrated into 3,368 community grid groups in Changzhou, enabling nearly 500,000 households to contact their dedicated grid managers via WeChat at any time. For residents' electricity-related issues, the company has achieved“instant order acceptance, response within 30 minutes, and resolution within 2 hours”, with a satisfaction rate as high as 99.6%. This “zero-distance service” model not only improves the response speed but also enhances residents’ sense of gain in electricity consumption.

To address the “difficulty in charging” caused by the rapid popularization of new energy vehicles, Changzhou Power Supply has actively explored a new approach of “charging piles finding vehicles”. It has built Jiangsu Province’s first mobile charging robot station in Laimengcheng Residential Area. By using movable robots with energy storage and liquid cooling functions, the company has realized the transformation from “vehicles finding charging piles” to “charging piles finding vehicles”. This project has effectively solved problems such as insufficient power distribution capacity and difficult wiring in old residential areas. It is expected that 100 more such robots will be promoted within the year to further expand service coverage.

In the green and low-carbon transformation, Changzhou Power Supply has taken microgrid construction as a key measure to promote the reconstruction of the city’s energy system. Liyang Chuangzhi Park has built Jiangsu’s largest-scale near-zero-carbon smart microgrid. Through coordinated regulation of photovoltaic energy storage, it saves more than 5 million yuan in electricity fees annually and can also participate in power grid peak shaving to obtain benefits. The “I Want to Build a Microgrid” platform developed by the company has provided customized energy solutions for many enterprises, promoting Changzhou’s progress towards a microgrid demonstration city. According to the plan, by 2027, 300 microgrid projects will be built in the city, forming a new energy ecosystem with deep integration of “power generation, storage, transmission, consumption, and grid connection”.
