Francis Chuks Njoaguani, Director of the Youth and Sports Development Centre of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), shared at the Thematic Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Science & Technology Innovation that China and West Africa each have unique strengths—whether in infrastructure, innovation capabilities, cultural insights, or emerging talent. Gan Lin, Director of the R&D Center of the National Supercomputing Wuxi Center, Supervisor of the China Youth Science and Technology Association , stated at the Thematic Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Science & Technology Innovation: “The collaborative interaction between AI and supercomputers works in mutual reinforcement: AI empowers the development of better algorithms and supercomputers, while supercomputers help refine AI programs and large models to enhance their accuracy.”

In developing artificial intelligence, universal access to digital infrastructure and technologies must be ensured. Balanced development must be pursued while safeguarding data privacy — this is critical to advancing Sustainable Development Goals 9 and 10.

He noted that ubiquitous intelligent hardware can connect language with all hardware, enabling everyone to use AI technology conveniently.

Maennicke Nils, Senior Technical Expert in Intelligent Driving at the Bosch Group, remarked at the Thematic Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Science & Technology Innovation that in the AI era, the Bosch Group works closely with corporate research departments and partners to accelerate the iteration of intelligent driving products. He added that the group simultaneously ensures traceable AI decisions through multi-level verification, delivering safe and compliant full intelligent driving solutions to users.
