A calm water holding tranquility is as vast as the sea.
Do not let anger and delusion obscure your discerning eyes;
He who maintains his true essence is a true hero.

"Great virtue carries all things" is an ancient teaching;
Deep roots underground are nourished by virtue.
All matters embrace yin and reject great falseness;

III. Desire Must Not Surpass Morality
Virtue that shines through the ages brings abundant treasures;
Actions violating the Dao (way) lead to the loss of autumn harvest.
Knowing when to stop ensures no peril, and all rivers converge;
Watch the river flow unceasingly like the eternal Dao.
