The Hunan Spring Festival Concert was held at the Hunan Grand Theater on the evening of January 24, 2025. Shen Xiaoming, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee; Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province; and Mao Wanchun, chairperson of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, enjoyed the music feast with people from all walks of life to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Famous Hunan musicians gathered together to stage various forms of performance such as symphonies, opera, folk music, vocal solos, and ensembles. The concert was organized by the publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Hunan Performing Arts Group, with the Changsha Symphony Orchestra as the accompaniment. Relevant responsible comrades of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress, the People's Government of Hunan Province, the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Hunan Provincial Military Command, the Higher People's Court of Hunan Province, and the People's Procuratorate of Hunan Province, together with excellent individuals in flood control, rescue and relief, "New Lei Feng models in the New Era", "Good Samaritans of China", role model representatives, model workers, public security police, medical personnel, teachers, and representative citizens, watched the concert.
