嗨，大家好！我叫福斯汀娜，是管道局的一名健康和安全管理员。国外的应急演练是怎样的呢？让我们跟着镜头一起去看看，海外管道人是如何应对各项紧急情况的吧！

Early in the morning, at the LOT3 section of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline Project(EACOP) in Tanzania. Mr. Musa, a local worker, was busy at work. Suddenly, without warning, he collapsed to the ground, causing a stir among both the local and Chinese staff on site. A tense yet organized simulated rescue operation immediately kicked off.

一大早，位于坦桑尼亚东非原油外输管道项目 LOT3 标段的营地内，属地化员工穆萨正在忙碌着。突然，他毫无征兆地倒在地上，将在场的同事们都吓坏了。就这样，一场紧张而有序的模拟救援医疗行动随即展开。

When Mr. Musa fell, his colleagues quickly realized the gravity of the situation.They rushed to his side, checked his condition and immediately called the emergency rescue number. On the call, they clearly reported the incident's location, the worker's condition, and contact details, ensuring that help was on the way without delay.

看到穆萨倒地，周围的同事立刻意识到事情的严重性。他们迅速跑到穆萨身边询问情况，并立即拨打了应急救援电话。通话中，他们清晰准确地告知了事发的地点、伤者情况及联系方式，为后续救援赢得了宝贵的时间。

Before long, the ambulance arrived with its siren blaring. At the same time, EACOP personnel also arrived at the scene. The medical staff quickly got out of the ambulance and began a full assessment of Mr. Musa's condition. As part of the simulation, EACOP personnel presented various potential scenarios to test the emergency medical team's response.

不一会儿，救护车鸣着笛第一时间赶到了现场。同时，业主也到达了现场。医护人员迅速下车，对穆萨进行了全面的检查和评估。就这样，业主对现场可能发病的人的特征进行了模拟假设，只为考验急救医护人员。

Mr. Musa's heartbeat and breathing are weak and require immediate CPR. Mr. Musa has a broken leg that needs to be stabilized. The team worked together smoothly, while EACOP personnel observed and recorded everything for evaluation. Some performed artificial respiration, others dressed wounds, some stabilized the fractured limb and others monitored vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate. The entire rescue operation was fast-paced yet systematic, with every action reflecting the professionalism and rigor of the medical team.

在此次应急演练中，穆萨的心跳和呼吸都较弱，需要立即进行心肺复苏。同时，他的腿骨折了，需要固定。大家分工合作，业主则在旁拿着考评记录册评判打分。有的人负责人工呼吸，有的人负责伤口包扎，有的人负责骨折部位固定，还有的人负责监测血压、心率等生理指标。整个救治过程紧张而有序，每一个动作都透露出救护人员的专业与严谨。

After the drill, the medical team and EACOP personnel gathered to review and evaluate the drill. They highlighted key details to pay attention to and potential problems, and provided targeted suggestions for improvement. That's the end of our emergency drill demonstration.
