公司目前未运营任何面向投资者的APP，且贝莱德集团亦未在中国境内销售或授权任何第三方销售与虚拟货币相关产品。

我们郑重提醒投资者提高警惕，谨防上当受骗。如您怀疑受骗或已造成财务损失，建议立即向公安机关报案并寻求协助。

Recently, BlackRock Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has become aware of fraudulent activities involving the unauthorized use of the Company’s and BlackRock Group’s names. These include unauthorized promotions via social media platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu (as known as Rednote), and for financial scams conducted through fake websites, mobile applications, and other channels.

The Company does not currently operate any investor-facing applications, and the BlackRock Group has not sold or authorized any third party to sell virtual currency–related products within the Chinese mainland.

We hereby remind investors to remain vigilant and guard against potential fraud. If you suspect that you have been targeted or have suffered financial loss, we strongly recommend reporting the incident to the public security authorities and seeking assistance immediately.
