As our Sales Manager in the maritime sector, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks aimed at driving our business forward. Your role will encompass identifying new opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of our go-to-market strategies. Below are the primary responsibilities you will undertake:

Business Development -Identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, expand market share, and drive sales growth in the maritime sector.

Go-to-Market Strategy -Implement an effective strategy that aligns with company objectives and market dynamics.

Client Interaction -Engage with local shipowners, shipyards, and ship designers to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Partner Support -Provide ongoing support to local partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to represent our products and services effectively.

Relationship Building -Conduct on-site visits and proactively establish new relationships with key players in the maritime industry.

Reporting to Management -Present monthly market reports and sales forecasts.

Sales Meetings -Participate in monthly sales meetings with the Marine team to report on progress, share insights, and strategize for future growth.

Collaboration -Work closely with the customer center in Denmark to ensure alignment and smooth operations on quotes, orders, and logistics.

Communication -Maintain frequent and effective communication with the Marine team to stay updated on developments and coordinate efforts.

Product Knowledge -Stay informed about product developments and provide on-site training to various stakeholders and local partners.

Events -Participate in events and exhibitions.

任职资格/Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to bring a combination of industry experience, language skills, and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the maritime industry, possibly combined with a background in ship ownership, ship design, ship management, installation, or shipyard operations.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Strong understanding of the maritime industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

• Willingness to travel as required - no less than 60 workdays annually, both locally and internationally.

• A proactive, structured approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
