Hollow glass microsphere

空心玻璃微球是一种新型无机非金属中空薄壁的球型粉末材料,接近于理想粉体,主要成分为碱/碱土金属硼硅酸盐(包括SiO₂, Na₂O,B₂O₃,CaO等),表面富含硅羟基,易于功能化改性。其密度在0.1~0.7g/cc之间,抗压强度为500psi~18000psi,粒径在1~200μm之间,壁厚在0.5~1.5μm之间,具有低密度、高抗压、低导热、高分散、低介电、高填充、自润滑、隔音隔热、化学稳定性好的特点,是先进复合材料的关键“功能调节填料”,广泛运用于航空航天、深海探测、石油开采、氢能储存、高频高速电子产品、交通工具轻量化等领域。

使用空心玻璃微球,能够拓展材料体系的可能性,利用其各项优异特质,推动新型材料的改进升级,以较好的填充率无损替代其他昂贵原材料,实现产品降本提效。

Such materials meet the requirements of balancing underwater weight, increasing load capacity, achieving suspension positioning, and enabling unpowered diving and surfacing. After years of research, development and continuous improvement, the hollow glass microsphere buoyancy materials developed by Zhongke Hairui meet the needs of different underwater application scenarios such as underwater scientific research, offshore drilling, offshore wind turbines, and naval vessel weapons.

保温隔热材料

Thermal insulation material

无机硬质材料,导热系数可低至0.039W/(m·K),密度可低至0.09g/cm³,应用温度在-200~800℃之间,耐压强度可达1Mpa,具有不燃无烟,保温保冷,降低能耗的优异表现。

The inorganic rigid material has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.039 W/(m·K) and a density as low as 0.09 g/cm³. It operates within a temperature range of -200~800℃, with a compressive strength up to 1 MPa. It exhibits excellent performance such as non-combustibility, no smoke emission, thermal and cold insulation, and energy consumption reduction.
